
Craig has more then 20 years of research experience in both large-scale projects and smaller scale qualitative studies, which he has conducted throughout Atlantic Canada. He is carefully proficient in asking the right questions and properly collecting data, to ensure he gets the most out of his analysis and interpretation. His experience includes tracking studies, usage and attitude studies, segmentation studies, taste tests, telephone surveys, and online surveys. He has earned a Certified Marketing Research Professional designation from MRIA, has a degree in business from Memorial University, an MBA from the University of Toronto, and has taught marketing at Mount Allison University. At MQO, Craig is responsible for business development, research design, project management, and reporting.
