With sixteen years of leadership experience under her belt, Cheri has been leading an MQO team of more than 100 contact centre employees in NL and NB since 2004. She works closely with senior management, clients, consultants, and contact centre staff to assess, improve, develop, and implement efficient and effective production systems and processes that will meet and exceed industry objectives and standards. Under her leadership, the contact centre has conducted a vast array of projects, and her team is well versed in the intricacies involved with a wide variety of methodologies and project types, and in surmounting any associated challenges.

Cheri has extensive professional experience in marketing and sales, human resources, information technology applications, customer/client service, adult instruction and training, as well as project management and coordination. Cheri’s strengths also include the ability to implement creative and effective solutions for our clients, and she maintains active memberships with the MRIA and Contact Centre Canada.
