A Smart Team

Smart results come from smart people. All of MQO’s professional research staff have post-secondary educations in market and/or social research. We are backed by years of professional experience in quantitative and qualitative research, and all our senior staff members hold Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) designations. Our team is eager to utilize their knowledge to help you find the answers you require. We also employ four professionally trained focus group moderators, including one francophone moderator, and employ well-experienced, trained field staff with bilingual capability.

The Latest Technology

MarketQuest-Omnifacts’ field operation is supported by the latest in data capture technology. Our CATI system uses Voxco’s Command Centre 3 platform in combination with the Pronto predictive dialer. Our 2 call centres, in St. John’s, NL and Richibucto, NB, have 85 CATI stations. Our data collection platform is fully web based and all data capture is hosted in-house on secure servers. We also offer hybrid or mixed mode data collection.
