MarketQuest is also a proud member of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES), an organization dedicated to the advancement of program evaluation theory and practise.

Backed by years of professional experience in quantitative and qualitative research, our team is eager to utilize their knowledge to help our clients find the answers they require. As well, we provide data collection in both French and English. We employ well-experienced, trained field staff with bilingual capability.
The Latest Technology
MarketQuest’s field operation is supported by the latest in data capture technology. Our CATI system utilizes Voxco’s Interviewer and Virtual Call Centre (VCC) technologies. VCC is a system enabling interviewers to conduct telephone surveys supported by questionnaire and sample management via the Internet. This technology allows us to conduct large-scale surveys in extremely short timeframes.
